Everything but the Kitchen Sink.. Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 1/2 c. Flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 c. butter or margarine
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2c. granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 c. chocolate chips
1 c. rice krispies
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. uncooked quick oats

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside. In a mixer or large bowl, beat butter and sugars until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Beat in eggs and vanilla, scraping sides occasionally. Beat in flour mixture until blended. Stir in chocolate chips, rice krispies, coconut and oats. On a baking sheet, drop dough by rounded tablespoon. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden and edges look crisp. Cool on a wire rack.
